I partner with organizations, research teams, and community groups to strengthen responses to violence, advance equitable practice, and turn knowledge into practical action.

My approach is intersectional, evidence-informed, strengths-based, and grounded in practical application. I understand that meaningful practice change requires more than individual knowledge. It also depends on the policies, resources, relationships, and organizational conditions that make safer and more equitable practice possible.

I work collaboratively with clients to develop support that is useful, context-responsive, and aligned with the people and communities they serve.

Consulting Support

I work with organizations at different stages of their work, from a focused consultation or review to a longer-term collaboration.

Trauma- and violence-informed practice and policy

I support organizations to review and strengthen policies, programs, resources, and day-to-day practices. This work considers how organizational conditions, systems, and power relations shape safety, choice, access, and equitable responses to violence.

Knowledge mobilization and communications

I support research teams and organizations make complex information accessible and useful. This can include plain-language resources, toolkits, reports, webinars, learning series, public education materials, and knowledge-mobilization strategies.

Technology-facilitated violence

I provide consultation on image-based sexual violence, online harassment, non-consensual intimate image distribution, and deepfake sexual abuse. Support can include prevention and response planning, policy and resource development, training, and communications review.

Training and Facilitator Development

I develop and facilitate accessible, engaging training tailored to each organization’s context, priorities, and audience. Sessions can be delivered as stand-alone workshops, learning series, or part of a broader consulting engagement.

My training is interactive and applied. Depending on the topic and setting, it can include discussion, reflection, case scenarios, practice activities, and practical resources that support learning beyond the session.

I also design and facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs that build organizations’ internal capacity to deliver established materials and practice frameworks. These programs support participants to become ready to facilitate with confidence, while keeping survivor choice, non-linearity, collaborative learning, and organizational context at the centre. They can include facilitation rehearsal, feedback, implementation planning, and follow-up supports.
